well along with theGC recruitment idea suggested ide also like to drag this back up , for if we have GC recruitment , UW Rewards and act 3 missions + new race missions all implimented i feel a big revive in the GC community.
below is a list of current and extra features that can all be implimented , are balanced , and greatly increase the apeal of launching an Ultimate Weapon :-
1. Name in hall of fame
2. Restart Any Race
3. 90% damage to all none fed members
4. Carry one ship research over from the race you activate it to the race you become ( Excluding Guardian ) i also feel this idea is great for stacking ( more UW`s = another research + past ones so eventually you could have your own lucas empire )
5. a super/perfect planet reward for your new empire , the choice is yours , the planet must be single not cluster ( for example 20k Barren / fertile / Eden on RT 10k on turnbased )
6. artifact package , the contents of the package again is discussable for each gamespeed but an example would be:
Slow :- 20 bases 15 regalo 5 btc 10 stc 5 major gordo 3 pcc
Normal :- 25 bases 20 regalo 6 btc 12 stc 6 major gordo 3 pcc
Fast :- 30 bases 25 regalo 7 btc 14 stc 7 major gordo 3 pcc
Ultra :- 35 bases 30 regalo 8 btc 16 stc 8 major gordo 3 pcc
RT :- 40 bases 30 regalo 10 btc 20 stc 10 major gordo 3 pcc
Notes:
Gaurdians & D maru are excluded from 4. so G & D class from A miner and Marauder also wont carry over.
virals only research is the scout
none exploration race cant explore with scout

25day(s) ago | If I`m right about ste`s code, the answer would be no. Ships are identified by specific numbers and owners, having two of the same ship #`s would probably give you two build options, but only one stack. |

25day(s) ago | I think this relates to the Collective race. Sometimes they have more than one stack of the same ship. I would suggest that this is a flaw - the added (captured) ships should be combined into one stack. Just like with Virals :P |

Another idea, winning increases the BR on one ship of your choice by one. (or more than one for the lower pr ships)
Yes it would increase quick build spams, but it would also make it easier for people like me who are forever building 10/turn ships like the Broadsword when fighting other people`s UWs |
